Marc Jacobs (who in my opinion is one of the coolest fashion designers in the world!) has opened up a flagship store in Tokyo. Jacobs has long been an admirer of the inherent traditional craft in Japanese architecture. The lantern looking building, with the top portion being made of perforated aluminium panels, was designed by the New York firm Jaklitsch/Gardner Architects. Might have to start saving for that trip to Japan or more so for one of MJ's 'petal to the metal natasha' bags....
