I came across this company a little while ago and my lovely husband bought me some of the Seamless & Steadfast Enamel Steel Platesfor my birthday recently. I am a keen camper and love how their products aren't only practical but look great too. And really you don't have to take them camping either as they look just as good indoors as around a campsite. Here is a few of my favourites from their range;
Canvas Log Basket - would love this when we get our new combustion heater!
I am finding so many inspirational pieces at the moment. I can really sense a trend in the products that I am liking, tan leather, marble, oak timber, brass copper and grey and white hues. Now if only I could afford it all :)
I thought I might put a bit of a wishlist together as there are a few things I have been lusting over of late, especially as we are going to embark on some renovations to our house soon. I will be sure to share this with you as we go!
1.Indoor plants really add to an interior and I have the perfect spot for this fiddle leaf fig when we install our new sliding door, just need to source a nice planter pot for it.
2. I just love this Milk NA1 light by Norm, its the combination of the milky opaque glass and those raw oak legs
3. I have long needed some salt and pepper grinders and this set by Menu will look just fabulous in our new kitchen
4. I want to add some greenery to the new kitchen in the form of a hanging planter and think all the designs by bakerhouse are just perfect
5. Another must for the kitchen is this beautiful timber trivet by Australian designer Adam Goodrum for Normann Copenhagen
6. Having recently renovated our hallway, a lovely round rug is a definite need to put over our gorgeous grey tiles. I am lusting over Armadillo & Co's Flower Weave Daisy rug
I have been on the hunt for a round mirror for our bathroom and have found the perfect one in the form of the Strap Mirror by Hay, first image below.I have added a couple more mirrors too which I just love!
I absolutely love this mirror designed by Kate Sylvester for Douglas + Bec. Anything that mixes oak, leather and gold together is a winner in my book! Check out more from the stunning range here
This stunning Adnet mirror for Gubi, is just bang on trend with its use of leather and straps. Its just so elegant and would look fabulous in any interior space.
Aren't these just the most gorgeous seating you have ever seen? I am just so blown away by these clever designs and the integration of lighting, bookcases and tables with the seats. Not only is the palette of finishes just perfect but they look so unbelievably comfy too. The clever duo Fien Muller and Hannes Van Severen under the banner Muller Van Severen are behind these exciting designs check out more here
I am so drawn to this image at the moment. I think it is the subtle colour pallette of concrete, brick and timber combined with that camel leather and gorgeous rug. Is anyone else finding black window frames quite sexy at the moment? I can't wait to get our black full height sliding door installed at home!
Brass is fast becoming a very fashionable material to use in design at the moment. It adds a bit of glamour to a space and works beautifully with most colour palettes. Here are some images that I have been pinning to my pinterest [brass love] board.
These vases by Spanish designer Jaime Hayon for BD Barcelona are just sheer perfection. Seriously, could a terracotta vase be any more beautiful? Check out more of Jaime's amazing outdoor collection 'Gardenias' here.
As seen on The Design Files today is these gorgeous leather shelves from Melbourne designer Lightly. They are just so perfect and are on top of my wishlist!
this Raft barstool is on my wishlist for our new kitchen. I love the proportions and the beautiful oak timber with the powdercoated steel. It is by NORM and available in Australia through Great Dane Furniture.
Oh Muuto, how I love everything in your design house. But most of all I love you Nerd chair. Your form is sheer perfection and that colour! Isn't it the most perfect hue of pink? Or rose as the colour is called. It comes in some other fab colours too and was designed by David Geckeler. Check out more on Muuto's site here.
I have a major crush at the moment and its on Michael Anastassiades
